Acceptable Use & IP
Use Sellfold only for lawful product-creative work that you are entitled to request.

Your permissions
You must have every right, permission and lawful basis needed for each uploaded product photo, logo, reference, product claim, person’s likeness and other material. Do not upload confidential information or unnecessary personal data.
No infringement or deception
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights; impersonate others; make false product claims; create prohibited, illegal, harmful or discriminatory content; or mislead buyers. A reference can inspire broad direction but cannot request a copy of a competitor’s logo, artwork, copy or distinctive layout.
Review before publishing
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a marketplace or campaign. Review the image, copy, claims, pricing and platform rules before publishing. Sellfold does not guarantee platform-policy compliance, IP clearance, factual accuracy, ad approval, sales or performance.
Rights complaints
If you believe content on Sellfold infringes your rights, email support@sellfold.com with your name, contact information, the work or right at issue, the relevant account or item, a clear explanation and supporting evidence. We may ask for more information and restrict content or access while reviewing a credible complaint.
