Is the free start really free?
Yes. Creating an account adds 4 credits — one standard 1K image — with no card and no subscription. When those credits are used or 48 hours pass, nothing is charged and nothing renews; you choose a plan yourself or you do not.
Why only one free image?
One image is enough to judge the output on your own product, and it keeps the free start from being farmed. It is one free start per account.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits belong to a billing period and do not roll over. Starter credits are valid for 30 days; monthly plan credits reset each time the plan renews. Your account page always shows the exact expiry date before and after purchase.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, at any time from the Lava subscription management link in your payment receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; credits already paid for stay usable until the period ends.
What if the results are not usable?
Write to support@sellfold.com. Refunds are handled per the published refund policy, and the amount already consumed in generations is taken into account.
Do you guarantee marketplace approval or more sales?
No. Sellfold produces assets and copy. You remain responsible for reviewing claims, destination policies and the final published creative.
